Brief Update
For those of you still following, thank you! I apologize once again for my lack in writing lately, but I have been so busy enjoying my last couple of months of traveling! It is hard to believe that since that last time I wrote, I have spent almost a month in Bolivia, and now have been in Argentina for several weeks. It is equally hard to believe that two weeks from today, I get on a plane in Buenos Aires and head back home! I keep on meaning to write a post on Bolivia, but I haven't had the time. I have spent the last couple of days hiking near El Chalten in Patagonia. We have been blessed with some amazing weather, which is especially awesome considering that the days before we arrived were rainy and cold. Today my friend Anette and I are heading to Chilean Patagonia to do a famous trekking/camping route called the "W" which should take about 5 days. I am happy to be adding another country (my 28th) to my list of adventures this year. Have to go catch a bus now, but thanks again for reading, and I hope to post again soon!

Happy to see that you are enjoying Chile. Low temperature this morning: 7 degrees. No snow yet. Merry Christmas, everyone.

ReplyDeleteThe adventure is ending. The Traveling Cheesehead is outbound from Buenos Aires to Chicago via Mexico City. I will be picking her up there and taking her back to Wisconsin for Christmas Day and a Packer victory over "da Bears".
